Taking Breaks

During the first weekend of March, I got the opportunity to travel to Arizona. My parents and I attended three Dodger Spring Training baseball games. Those were some of the best MLB games that I witnessed throughout the years. I believe it was due to the player/fan interaction. Throughout the regular season, the players do not give the fans as much attention. However, during Spring Training I observed players such as Puig, Pederson, and Turner signing many autographs. It was truly a once in a lifetime moment to see some of my favorite baseball players who a major icons. Although I had an amazing trip, it quickly came to an end and I returned to work and school.

It is often necessary to take a breaks from school-work. It is extremely easy to become overwhelmed with assignments and projects. School can easily become overbearing when one allows it to do so. I encourage individuals to take time off to rest and recuperate from the stress of school. My trip to Spring Training allowed me to return as a stronger student with a clear mindset. I cannot stress enough the importance of students scheduling free time. If scholars are unable to physically go on vacation, I suggest they make a strong effort to take breaks!
