          Writing is one of the most challenging tasks. It helps you to express your ideas and emotions. The people would not be able to communicate without the writing process. Back in the days, people thought that motivation comes from God. They were idealists because they believed that the knowledge comes from inside. Science was created by the Ionians. All the people started to become empiricists. They invented many schools in order to seek knowledge. Even if you're not the procrastination type, setting a rigid schedule for your writing and sticking to it is one of the best ways to perfect your writing. Do it in the morning for best results, and break it up into small increments to avoid anxiety. Don't write during unscheduled times, either (though jotting down notes is okay—inspiration can strike at the strangest of times). Book Review: Hunger by Roxane Gay

The memoire book Hunger by Roxane Gay is made up of several essays focused on Gay’s life-long binge eating as a way to cope with childhood trauma. The book has been hailed as a raw, real, and fearless personal account. All words which have been used to describe Gay herself as she has become a feminist icon of passionate bravado. As I read the book, I could agree with all descriptions. The book talked bluntly of trauma, body image, eating disorders, and the identity crisis of someone who felt unworthy of love; all things which are relatable to many, especially young women. For that, Hunger is a great book for young adult readers who enjoy personal stories and coming of age memoires. However, despite this the grittiness and relatability of the material, the finer, subtler aspects of the book also had me putting it down from time to time. When was the last time you took time out for you? As we move into fall and winter season, taking strides forward to ensure we take care of ourselves in meaningful ways is crucial to finish the semester strong. Work, school, study, and family life, can take its toll on a person’s body and spirit.
